Hello! I’m Izzy. I’m a queer Art Psychotherapist, Eco-Therapist, workshop facilitator and artist. I work with adults who want to slow down and experience life more intuitively. My gentle approach combines Eco-Therapy, body awareness and art-making and psychotherapy. I provide safe spaces for soothing the nervous system, play and creative exploration.
Don’t worry, you don’t need any artistic experience to take part – there’s no right or wrong way to be creative in my sessions! Its great for regulating and releasing strong emotions, and also acts as another form self-expression when words aren’t enough.
Is Art Therapy with Izzy for me?Â
Are you experiencing a sense of disconnection, stuckness or burnout? Do you seek comfort outdoors, or in your art practice? Are you longing to be intune with your inner seasons and to feel like you belong in the world?
If you answered yes to any of these, I want you to know you’re not alone. I used to feel untethered, as if I was floating through life. However, once I finally embraced my creativity as a tool to feel more connected to myself, and to the outdoors, I finally found my feet, my people and my purpose. This is your invitation to join me, to plant your feet firmly on the ground, and claim your space in this joyful, vibrant ecosystem!
How can I work with Izzy?
My 1:1 sessions last 1 hour and take place online, via Zoom or via email if you find writing beneficial.
I also host a monthly online space for outdoor-enthusiasts and creatives to come together and explore their nature connection through art.
