    Will you restock items indicated as 'out of stock?'

    I am constantly replenishing my stock so if I am missing something, please feel free to ask when my next delivery will be here.

    Do you stock sets?

    Although I specialise in open-stock (individual/single) pencils, if you are looking for a specific set of pencils from brands that I stock, please get in touch via the ‘Contact me’ form or via email [email protected] and I can look into it for you.

    I am going to be running an art workshop, can you make bespoke sets of pencils?

    Yes I absolutely can! In fact, I really enjoy making up bespoke workshop sets so please reach out to me.

    One of my passions for creating my website wasn’t just to have a one-stop shop to supply pencils and other art supplies, but to also express the joy of pencil art and build a thriving community.     I am a commercial supplier, or a school, and I need a large number of open-stock pencils, can you help?

    I can help you obtain large numbers of specific pencils as part of my own stock orders. Please get in touch via the ‘Contact Me’ form on the website or via email [email protected] and we can discuss your needs.

    When can I expect my order to be despatched?

    I despatch my orders Monday to Friday. My post collection is at 15:20 (GMT) and I aim to get orders out on the same day if I receive them before 14:45 (however this isn’t always possible). If there is an issue or I am away on leave I will create an update on the homepage of my website with the expected return and despatch dates.
